Submit:
1. Submission of a safety certificate Part A or B instalment has been drawn up in accordance with Section 2007 3 of Regulation (EC) No 653 / requirements;

If a special permit (licence) has been issued in Latvia, State Railway Technical Inspectorate upon agreement with the carrier shall request the necessary information from the responsible institutions;

10.2. proof that the carrier 's railway specialists qualification conforms to the railway technical operations requirements specified in regulatory enactments, including with regard to certification of regulated professions and in the field of recognition of a professional qualification;
11. a document certifying the knowledge of the carrier 's staff regarding action during railway traffic accidents in accordance with the procedure laid down in the railway infrastructure manager;
12. a list indicating the types of rolling stock intended to be exploited in conformity with the required safety certificate;
13. safety management systems intended for the rolling stock related processes documentation: 13.1. rolling stock repair and maintenance of the document certifying the tractive rolling stock, as well as ekipēšanu;
13.2. declaration on the railway station in conformity with the rolling stock construction, railway technical operations requirements specified in regulatory enactments and its suitability to the relevant railway infrastructure;
