A natural person must, when submitting a sample of medicinal products for the receipt of a quality control service, make a prepayment and add:
• a copy of the invoice;
• a payment order certified by the credit institution or a printout of a payment made through the internet banking of the credit institution attesting the execution of the prepayment;
• Zva cash check if the settlement is made with a payment card.
Service may require onsite (customer service centre - 11. kabinetā) or by sending the necessary documentation by mail.
Zva may refuse to perform quality control in case the medicinal products are not registered in Latvia or if the ZVA Medicines Examiner Laboratory does not have the necessary equipment.
