Short description:
The aid shall be with coeliac disease sick child aged under 18 years or after 18 years of age, if a child attending general or professional education institution and is not older than 20 years or are studying at university in the day division (full-time) and is not older than 24 years ago, who is assigned to a personal identity number, who permanently reside in Latvia (except for a child, who received a temporary residence permit) and who is not in full support of the State or self-government.
The aid is granted to one of the parents of a child, adopter, guardian or foster family members, one of the person to whom a child into care before adoption, another person who is actually raising a child, if the child's personal protection of interests adopted a decision of an Orphan's court, as well as to the child after 18 years of age or to the child after 15 years of age, if the child's personal interests taken by the Orphan's court of a specific decision regarding the granting of aid.
The aid is granted for a period of up to the doctor (certified gastroenterologa) certified statement, which contains diagnosis – coeliac disease, the repeated inspection the term (but not more than 2 years).
