It is possible to submit a complain to SOLVIT by using an online form or e-mail. Before submitting a complaint to SOLVIT it would be useful to double-check if a problem is a result of with the national, regional or government institution activities and your EU rights (stated in treaties, regulations, directives, etc.) are violated. If there are doubts whether the complaint is related to EU law, we recommend you use Your Europe Advice service. The complaint must be accompanied by documents certifying the incorrect application of EU law – the official decision, letters, e-mail correspondence, as well as with the related personal documents (for example, passport copy, marriage certificate or driving licence).
