1) Parents may place the child into care of another person in Latvia for a period of time exceeding three months if the place of residence of the parents before being transferred to the Orphan 's Court has recognised that such placement conforms to the interests of the child and the person will be able to take appropriate care. The Orphan' s Court, if necessary, request the opinion of the Orphan 's court person' s place of residence of the relevant person 's ability to provide appropriate care for the child;
2) The care of another person of the place of residence of the parents of a child this person 's place of residence Orphan' s court shall inform the Orphan 's Court that relevant person shall ensure regular inspection of living conditions of the child placed under care;
3) If after placement of the child into care of another person is established that such a person duly neaprūpē, the Orphan 's Court, in cooperation with the self-government social service shall ensure return of the child the care of their parents.
