After the fulfilment of these conditions (You (the construction initiator) or the authorised building specialist) must prepare an electronic application to the building board, which will carry out the examination of the submitted documents and a note regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions. Application may be preparedBIS portalunder the heading “MY CONSTRUCTION”, creating a new document “Application for the Performance of Design Conditions” at the case, as well as completing it successively. On the basis of the application, the building board shall, within a period of 15 working days, make a note regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions, which shall be visibleBIS portalunder “NOTIFICATIONS”.
After fulfilling the design conditions contained in the construction permit, you may, as a construction agent, start fulfilling the conditions for the commencement of works included in the construction permit. The Construction Board determines the conditions for the commencement of works (see pagePoint 54.2 of the building statements) to be executedBuilding noticeswithin the specified time limit of 5 years.
After the fulfilment of the conditions for the commencement of works (You (the construction initiator) or the authorised building specialist) need to prepare an electronic application to the building board in relation to the fulfilment of these conditionsBISin the “MY CONSTRUCTION” section of the portal, creating a new document “Application for the Establishment of Construction Conditions” on the case. The Construction Board will perform a review of the submitted documents and make a note regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for the commencement of works.
