The contract shall be signed

Reports to be prepared
Reports on waste management, water use and air protection should be prepared by 1 March of the year concerned.
Official environmental statistical forms shall be completed and submitted in accordance withCabinet Regulation No. 271 of 23 May 2017, Regulations Regarding Official Statistics for Environmental Protection and Revision Forms.

Confirm receipt of the document

Prepare the necessary documents

The Construction Board shall be informed of the completion of the works in the case of simplified renewal by submitting Part II of the certificate. The building board will survey the site to ensure that the works have been performed in accordance with the construction documentation and will take a decision.
After completion of the works
Upon completion of the works, on the basis of the documentation of the intention and the certificate card, a submission regarding the performance of changes in the case of the cadastral survey of the building or group of premises and the registration/updating of data in the Real Estate State Cadastre information system shall be prepared. The application and the attached documents * signatures with a secure electronic signature and send to the relevant State Land Service department the official e-mail address thereof (see the contact details on the website of the State Land Service in the section "Contacts”).
