The information is published on the web site in different languages. The choice of the language is made in the upper right corner of the site: 

The language currently active is displayed highlighted. To change the language, click on the abbreviation for the language of your choice that is displayed as a hyperlink. After choice of the language is made, the same category and page (if available) is opened, from which the user switched languages, only now it is displayed in the chosen language.
